Excellent service, professional, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, highly recommend! Tilt wheelchair broke in tilt position, called 5 minutes before they closed on a Friday and they responded within minutes to make it usable until it could be repaired.

I recently had a high speed conversation with a deer and have been left nearly immobile. Leanne and the rest of the staff, including the owners were very polite, warm and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend these guys to everyone who has trouble in their day to day life, but just don't know how to fix it.

I needed advice on shipping a mobility scooter. Medichair was more than happy to help. Then I wandered in with an armload of scooter batteries and dumb questions. Promptly tested my batteries, patiently answered all my dumb questions, and sent me on my merry way with all my scooter problems solved. Thanks for your knowledgeable service and generosity of spirit.
