I’m thrilled with my new carpets! The sales person was super helpful and the installers did a great job. Overall the work was completed to a very high standard and their prices are by far the most affordable of all the flooring places I looked at. I would definitely recommend city carpets!

We saw carpet that we really liked at our son in laws parents house and decided to get the same . We were directed to City Carpets in NE Calgary . Upon entering their showroom we were impressed with all the variety of carpets and other flooring materials. They sent out the estimator two days later to our home in Airdrie and our carpet was put on order. The price charged for entire house was very fair in our estimation. The installers worked with us to plan the moving of furniture over three separate days which allowed us to move furniture in and out of rooms in the evenings. The job was well done and the staff at their retail location were very nice and accommodating as far as paying an amount up front and final payment after job was completed. Thank you City Carpets for a pleasant experience. We highly recommend anyone needing their carpets replaced to consider City Carpets in Calgary.

Loved our experience with city carpet! The customer service was great, I needed my flooring done quickly and the owners were able to accommodate to my schedule and help me out when I really needed it. Out of all the trades I worked with for my new built home, city carpets was the one who made my building process the easiest. When I needed to make last minute changes they were there ready to support in any way they can. Attached are photos of our carpet, laminate and marble floors all received from city carpet. We had New LVP and also back splash out in by City. They were extremely helpful through the selection process and getting us samples to take home. Installers came in and were fast and very thoughtful to sharing ideas they could do. Clean up every night was great and they took extra care as we were still living in house. I would highly recommend City Carpets for their selection, service and price! Thanks City we LOVE our new floors and backsplash!!!
