My experience with Iconic Blinds is very positive. Compared to some other competitors out there, Iconic Blinds competitively priced with a good a selection.They also provide excellent customer service and the installers and electrician (for motorized blinds) were very professional. Installation was clean and boxes were removed from my property. I highly recommend! Loving my new Alexa enabled blinds!

Had a good experience with Iconic Blinds. A little confusing to contact at first since they were messaging me via both email and sms at the same time but eventually we got an in home consultation. Jesse was knowledgeable and had good suggestions for materials to chose from. It was a little annoying that it required a total of three quotes to get the measurements and materials we wanted right. Once the blinds were ordered the installer came promptly to install them. We had to ask about the home automation hub which the installer left at warehouse. Jesse dropped it off the next day and offered to help get it setup. We set up all the smart home stuff ourselves but we did wish this was something the installer could do given the cost of everything. Either way we are happy with our purchase and everything works well. Pricing was cheaper than blinds-to-go.

Fantastic service right from the start - Jesse came over and did the measurements, made excellent recommendations and offers a great product. If I could give more stars, I would!Update: Roller shades were installed yesterday, a half hour after we got the call that they had arrived! Installer was professional and top-notch- it took him under an hour to install all the shades. Quality of product is excellent, and Jesse and his team are extremely customer service focused.If you need window coverings in the NCR, Iconic Blinds is the company to call.

Undoubtedly, 5 stars if not more for their remarkable work. Simply the best in Ottawa. Iconic blinds is the company I highly recommend to anyone I know. Jesse and the team at Iconic Blinds were phenomenal. Excellent customer service. We got an in-home consultation right away and the wait time for install was prompt. Installation was quick and efficient. Blinds looks clean and sleek. We got the remote control for the main room blinds and they work perfectly. We highly recommend Iconic Blinds :)
